Have questions about summer camp? Join our Camp Director, Sunny, and Outdoor Experience Manager, Thistle, on Thursday, May 4 or Thursday, May 18 as they answer all of your burning questions about the upcoming 2023 camp season.
These Zoom sessions are open to girls and their families who are already registered for camp or for those who want to learn more.

2023 Annual Meeting Recap
Thank you to everyone who joined us in Fletcher on Saturday, April 22 for our Annual Meeting. It was great day of celebrating our council, our volunteers and the many accomplishments of the past year!
We honored dozens of volunteers for their years of membership and service to the organization, as well as celebrated nine exemplary volunteers with board-approved awards. You can see our Appreciation Award recipients here and our Honor Award recipients here.
The full Annual Meeting program and the 2022 Annual Report can be found on our blog. You can also save the date for the 2023 Annual Meeting that will take place on Saturday, April 20, 2024 in the Greensboro area.
End-of-Year Troop and Service Unit Reports
It’s the time of year when end-of-year reporting begins! Troop leaders can find the Troop Year End Report on our website here. A helpful FAQ document is also available. The Service Unit Finance Report can be found on the hidden Service Unit Team Resources page of our website. Both reports are due by July 1, 2023.

Highest Awards Ceremony Deadline Extended
It’s not too late to join us at one of our Highest Awards Ceremonies on Saturday, May 20 or Sunday, May 21. The registration deadline has been extended through Saturday, May 6. These ceremonies are open to all Girl Scouts as we celebrate the achievements of our girls who have earned the Girl Scout Bronze, Silver or Gold Award this year.
If you are a recipient of the Girl Scout Bronze, Silver and Gold Award and are being recognized at a 2023 ceremony and have not yet registered to attend the event, please be sure to check your e-mail for your registration discount code.
Need a special gift for an award recipient? You can place a pre-order for these items until May 16.

Girl Scout Voices Survey Closes May 7
Your voice counts—but time is running out! Don’t miss the chance to share your thoughts on Girl Scouting. Your feedback helps us learn, grow and make Girl Scouts better than ever.
