Girl Scout Junior Troop 2983 held a service night to make scarves for the homeless in the Greensboro area. The girls used their sewing and knotting skills they had learned during past troop meetings to make the scarves. Way to use your G.I.R.L. skills to make a difference! #TroopTuesday
As part of honoring Veteran's Day, Girl Scout Cadette Troop 2276 recently visited the Military Museum in Gastonia. While there, they were able to talk with WWII and Vietnam veterans about their experiences.
Today is Veteran's Day and Girl Scout Troop 2072 showed their appreciation for our veterans by making some special treats for a recent veterans dinner in Stokes County. Thank you girls and thank you to all our veterans who have served or continue to serve our country!
We love seeing our girls in action for such great community causes! Girl Scout Troop 13162 in Saluda collected 19 coats and 55 blankets during their coat and blanket drive for homeless veterans. #GirlScoutsGiveBack
Girl Scout Daisy and Brownie Troop 12727 toured their local Lowe's Foods recently. The girls enjoyed exploring the produce department, visiting the bakery and enjoying some yummy treats, seeing a lobster up close, learning about different cuts of meat and listening to how Lowe's gives back to the community. #TroopTuesday
