Today’s Tips 5.8.23

Our Customer Care Team is Here to Serve You!

When you have a question for our council, it is usually a member of our Customer Care Team who serves as your first point of contact in getting all your questions answered. You can find the members of our Customer Care Team here. Each of these staff members are dedicated to providing you with the best customer service, whether that be answering a question, assisting you in resolving a concern or helping you pick out the best uniform piece for your girl!

Most often a question can be answered over the phone or when you come in for assistance at one of our service centers and shops. But another great way to reach our team is by using our Customer Care e-mail- info@girlscoutsp2p.org. Using this e-mail is a fast and easy way to get your questions answered. Each member of the Customer Care Team works our e-mail queue, and you receive an automatic reply with a case number when sending in an inquiry. A member of our Customer Care Team then reviews your request, assigns this case to your membership account (so we know how to reach you) and immediately sends it to the right person who can best help you. Having our members use the info@girlscoutsp2p.org e-mail has helped us streamline processes, improve quality of service and easily stay connected with you.

We continue to look for the best ways to serve our members, and we look forward to assisting you soon!

Save the Date: Launch Into Leadership

On Saturday, July 29, get ready to blast off into a day of stellar learning and growth at Launch Into Leadership- this year’s volunteer leadership conference! As we explore the outer reaches of leadership, you’ll have the chance to network with fellow Girl Scout volunteers, discover new insights and unlock your full potential as a leader.

From mission control to the furthest reaches of space, we’ll take you on a journey of discovery and exploration that will empower you to bring your best to your service unit and troops. The event will take place in the Hickory area and run from 9 a.m.-4 p.m. for service team members and 12:30-4 p.m. for troop leaders. Lunch will be provided. Registration and location information will be coming soon, so we hope you mark your calendar for an unforgettable day of learning and fun!
