Meet Our Council Staff: Business Operations & HR Team

Over the next several weeks, we are introducing the GSCP2P staff to you, so that you are able to put names with faces. You can also always find our full staff directory on our website.

Business Operations & HR Team
The Business Operations Team is the group that keeps our council shops and customer care services up and running. They are the faces that greet you in our stores and the voices behind council phone calls, making sure that your questions get answered and you have access to Girl Scout apparel, badges, uniforms and so much more! Business Operations also includes our IT department and HR department- both of which we could not do the day-to-day work we do without their expertise and knowledge. You can meet all of these teams by clicking here!

It’s Time to Plan Fall Camporees

Service unit camporee requests are officially open for Fall 2024! Using the Fall 2024 Camporee Request Form, service units can now pick their preferred dates and camp properties for September-November 2024. The deadline for fall camporee requests is March 15.

All camporee requests will be reviewed and dates confirmed with the designated service unit representative by March 22, 2024. Once all camporee dates are finalized, troop camping reservations will open for all other weekends at our three camp properties.

For more information on why your service unit should host a camporee and how the planning process works, please check out our Camporee Guide here! If you have any questions about camporees or troop camping, please reach out to us at info@girlscoutsp2p.org or 800-672-2148.

Good Turn for Goodwill Patch Design

Have you received your Good Turn for Goodwill patch for the 2023 service project yet? We announced the patch design contest winner in November, but also wanted to showcase the final patch design that Emma VanHorne of Girl Scout Troop 13101 submitted. We love how it turned out!
