Meet Our Council Staff: Marketing Team
Over the next several weeks, we are introducing the GSCP2P staff to you, so that you are able to put names with faces. You can also always find our full staff directory on our website.
Marketing Team
Meet the Marketing Team here ! This team is responsible for promoting Girl Scouts to our communities, to our members, to our donors and everyone in between! They produce our yearly publications including the Program Guide and camp book, maintain our social media pages and council website, keep communication going through newsletters and e-mails, lift up the cookie program and Fall Product Program, as well as promote girl programs, events and trainings year-round- and that’s just to name a few of their responsibilities in making sure our council and the Girl Scout organization is recognized and accessible in the areas we serve.
Property Update: Triad Service Center
Due to a change in property development strategy and the need to reconfigure space, the owner of the Villages at North Elm has decided not to issue a new long-term lease for the Triad Service Center space at 303 Pisgah Church Road.
On Tuesday, February 13, the GSCP2P Board of Directors voted to sign a long-term lease at a new space at 3300 Battleground Avenue in Greensboro. This space will allow us to not only have office space for the staff that choose to work from the service center, but also now a dedicated retail space and open floor plan Girl Experience space.
We are excited about this new partnership and look forward to the new opportunities this space will give us as a council. Exact dates for moving are not yet determined, but we are expected to move in April with staff working remotely April 15-May 10. We will announce a new opening date as we learn more.
Circle C Equestrian Center Pay Tributes to Senior Horse
We recently said goodbye to one of our horses at Circle C Equestrian Center, AJ. AJ was a favorite among the riding instructors, who appreciated his steady and solid influence on riders of all ages and levels. He was also a lover of trail rides!
You can read more about AJ on our blog.

Girl Advisory Board to Host Virtual Women in Girl Scouts Series
The P2P Girl Advisory Board is hosting a special virtual series highlighting famous women who were Girl Scouts. The virtual program will feature a different woman each week and talk about how Girl Scouting helped build her into the woman she is today and how her experience built on her success.
You can attend all four sessions or register for as many as you want. Find all the registration information on our online calendar.
