Make Your Plans to Attend Annual Meeting
The 2024 Annual Meeting is happening on Saturday, April 13 in Greensboro. Register now and make plans to join us for a day filled with celebration as we look forward to another year and unveil our Her STEMtastic Future theme. The registration deadline to attend the meeting is Friday, March 29.
Are you planning to spend the Friday night before Annual Meeting in the Triad area? Lodging is available at Keyauwee Program Center for a cost of $10 per person for Friday evening. A block of rooms is also available at the Fairfield Inn & Suites, Whitsett at the GSCP2P corporate rate. This hotel is approximately 15 minutes from Saturday’s venue and 30 minutes from Keyauwee Program Center. If you would like to reserve a room at the Fairfield Inn, reservations must be made by 11:59 p.m. on Tuesday, March 12.
Program Aide Training Coming Up
Do you have Girl Scout Cadettes who are interested in earning the Program Aide Award? On Saturday, March 23 at Keyauwee Program Center, Program Aide Training is being offered. This training gives girls hands-on activities to teach them how to work with younger girls in a variety of settings. The registration deadline is this Thursday, March 14.

Gold Award Girl Scouts: Apply for a Gold Award Scholarship
Are you a Gold Award Girl Scout this year or recently earned your Girl Scout Gold Award (after March 31, 2023)? Did you know you can apply to earn a $5,000 Gold Award scholarship from Girl Scouts of the USA? Applications for the scholarship are being accepted through April 17 and all the details can be found here. One Gold Award Girl Scout from each council will be awarded the scholarship!

March Patch of the Month
Do you or someone you know have a food allergy? The March Patch of the Month teaches girls all about food allergies and the importance of raising awareness about this subject to the public.
