Closed for Memorial Day

All Girl Scout Service Centers and Shops will be closed on Monday, May 26 for Memorial Day as we remember and honor those who gave their lives for our freedoms.
The Future is Bright
Thank you to everyone who joined us this past weekend for the State of the Girl: Highest Awards Gala! The beautiful venue set the backdrop for the evening, and former Chief Justice Cheri Beasley’s presence as our keynote speaker added profound depth to the program.
The highlight, undoubtedly, was hearing from our Gold Award Girl Scouts. Their presentations on projects ranging from music therapy and sensory initiatives to the creation of reading rooms and support for the homeless population were both inspiring and impactful. Collectively, our Bronze, Silver and Gold Award Girl Scouts dedicated over 11,700 hours of service—an economic value exceeding $400,000. This remarkable achievement underscores the profound impact of their commitment to community service.
The future is bright as today’s Girl Scouts grow into the leaders of tomorrow. Not only do their achievements demonstrate their ability to learn new skills and connect with their community to take action, these awards set them apart when applying for scholarships and employment. Girl Scout Highest Awards are the mark of something truly remarkable, and we invite you to continue our celebration by sharing the 2024-2025 Highest Awards Yearbook.
