Closing Next Week

The Asheville Girl Scout Shop will be closed for inventory on September 22, 23 and 25. Orders can still be placed through the GSCP2P Shop Order Form.
Welcome, Cinnamon!
The Fall Product program starts TODAY and we’re excited to announce this year’s Grizzly Bear mascot, Cinnamon!
Now that you have voted on a winning name, it is time to create your avatar and online storefront. In addition to learning essential business skills, girls can also earn a personalized patch featuring their avatar and Cinnamon by:
- Creating an avatar
- Sending 20 or more e-mails through the M2 system during the 2025 Fall Product Program
- Selling four or more magazine items and 20 or more candy/nut items during the 2025 Fall Product Program
Take a look at the two background options you can choose from!

Get ready to start the troop year with great learning activities and easy start-up funds that support your Girl Scout adventures throughout the year. Girls can also find all the Fall Product recognition items that can be earned for their entrepreneurial success, like our hoodie featuring this year’s newest Girl Scout Cookie flavor- Exploremores! These rocky road ice cream-inspired sandwich cookies reflect the spirit of exploration at the heart of every Girl Scout, and girls can earn this Exploremore hoodie by participating in the Fall Product Program and reaching $1,000 in combined sales.
Rallyhood Training This Week

Let’s rally together for a great Girl Scout year ahead! Our council is excited to launch Rallyhood– our new, one-stop communication and collaboration tool. Troop leaders and service unit managers should have received e-mail invitations to join rallies specific to them. Feel free to create a free account and start testing out the features in our Welcome Volunteers Rally. While there are plenty of self-led tutorials, we invite all troop leaders and service unit managers to join us for our virtual Rallyhood Training on Thursday, September 18. We look forward to creating organized and engaging spaces for volunteers and families with you!
Time to Renew Your Membership
Get ready for more Girl Scout adventures ahead! If you haven’t renewed your membership yet, you can login to your MyGS account to make sure you are set to join us for the 2025-2026 membership year.
If you are interested in continuing the upcoming Girl Scout year with a different troop or as an Independently Registered Girl Scout, our staff are here to help you find the best opportunities for you and your family. Reach out to us at info@girlscoutsp2p.org or 800-672-2148.

Troop Uniform Shops

It is important for all troop members to feel a sense of belonging and accomplishment- that is the magic of the Girl Scout uniform! Request a Troop Uniform Shop if you would like to make uniform fittings a troop experience. Our friendly team will bring the uniform shop to your meeting space, handle fittings, orders and personalized packaging for each girl.
Bronze and Silver Reports Due

Have you been working on a Highest Award this year? If you’ve just graduated 5th grade or 8th grade, it’s time to submit your Girl Scout Bronze Award Final Report or your Girl Scout Silver Award Final Report if your Silver Award project has already been approved. Submitting your report by September 30 ensures your accomplishments are officially recognized and celebrated!
Adult Volunteer Resources & Trainings
Ready to guide your troop through an outstanding year? The Girl Scout Road Trip Patch Program presents volunteers with a chance to embark on exciting adventures and forge unforgettable memories with their troop. This guide outlines the essential steps for a successful year, enabling troops to earn a fun patch annually. As you progress through each year of the “road map” of activities, these individual patches unite to create a single, cohesive patch design. The program highlights the importance of collaboration, planning and community involvement, all aimed at enhancing the Girl Scout experience.
