Shop Closings

Please note that the Asheville shop will be closed today. All shops and service centers will be closed for the holidays from December 22 – January 2.
Meet Bandit
The Girl Scout Cookie Program officially starts next tomorrow, and we’re excited to introduce our mascot, Bandit!
Starting tomorrow, girls can use their paper order cards to visit friends, family and local neighborhoods, with adult supervision and approval, and take pre-orders for cookies. Girls should not collect money for any order prior to delivery (unless they order online through Smart Cookies).
Bandit’s Tip:
Encourage your customers to buy at least five boxes of cookies by explaining our Buy5 Drawing that could win them a year’s supply of Girl Scout Cookies! When it is time to deliver pre-ordered cookies and collect payment, remember to help your customer submit a digital entry.

Throughout the Girl Scout Cookie Program, you can learn about essential entrepreneurial skills, have fun raising funds for your next adventure and earn financial literacy badges. Cookies arrive January 7-10 and you can join us for kick-off celebrations in Eden, Greensboro, Summerfield and Winston-Salem this January!

Ready for when cookie booths start on January 16? Get creative and bling your booth or order the Cookie Connoisseur Bundle or pieces separately.
ACH Authorization Form
In order to update and improve our troop banking account records and policies, we are implementing an annual submission review process. Each troop is now required to submit an updated ACH Authorization Form every year. Troop banking specialists should complete and submit your troop’s annual ACH Authorization Form for the 2025-26 membership year as soon as possible. If you have any questions or need assistance, feel free to contact us at 800-672-2148 or info@girlscoutsp2p.org.

All forms should include:
- Current signatures of authorized signers
- Account numbers and related banking details
If there have been no changes to your troop’s banking information, please check the designated box on the updated form for product program participation to indicate that your information remains the same and add the signatures and account numbers.
New GSCP2P Wants to Know Survey

It has been an honor to serve Girl Scouts and their families across our 40-county footprint this past fall. Your feedback is a valuable resource to help us ensure we are delivering the best experience to our members. All adult Girl Scouts and caregivers of youth members are encouraged to complete our short GSCP2P Wants to Know Survey as we prepare for more fun ahead.
Explore More Summer Camp Coupon
We invite all of our GSCP2P friends and family to celebrate summer camp by purchasing this special Cyber Monday T-shirt. Anyone that purchases a T-shirt by January 15, 2026 will receive a $25 coupon off your summer camp registration (coupon to be e-mailed to you on January 20).
Just want the T-shirt? Great! You can still purchase the shirt and support our GSCP2P camps!

Summer Camp Transportation Assistance Survey

We are pleased to offer transportation assistance again this summer to campers in central and western North Carolina. This assistance will only be offered select weeks of camp, so we would love feedback from members on what weeks this would best be received. If you think you may take advantage of this service, please complete our short survey.

Girl Scouts Unite Savings

The 58th National Council Session (NCS) is taking place in Washington D.C. this July! Delegates from every council across the nation and from USA Girl Scouts Overseas meet to discuss, debate and vote on issues important to the Girl Scout Movement and elect national leaders for the next triennium. It’s democracy in action, as girl delegates vote alongside adult delegates and have a direct voice in shaping the future of Girl Scouts.
Following NCS, the Girl Scouts Unite event will also take place at the Walter E. Washington Convention Center. Join us as we celebrate all the ways that Girls Make History. Girl Scouts have transformed—and continue to transform—our country. We planted victory gardens during World War II and marched for civil rights. We launch new businesses and advocate for the issues we care about. We dream big. We spark change. We lead the way! There’s no better time and place to celebrate the incredible impact of Girl Scouts than on the 250th anniversary of the U.S. in our nation’s capital.
Don’t miss out on unforgettable experiences at the Girl Scouts Unite event, like:
- Interactive skill-building workshops for adults and girls in grades four and above
- Connecting with Girl Scouts who are taking action in their communities
- Incredible live performances and epic celebrations
- Exploring 100+ booths and activities available in the Hall of Experiences
Save 15%* on All Access 3-Day tickets when purchased by 11:59 p.m. ET on January 4, 2026. Groups of four can save up to $300. No code required. Take advantage of early savings and secure your spot today.
Mobile Shop Savings
We are excited to hit the road and deliver Girl Scout shopping experiences to you! Enjoy 10% off orders of $25 or more when you schedule your next Mobile Shop or Uniform Shop event to take place by March 31.

The mobile shop can be requested only for events with a minimum of 50 attendees. If your event has fewer participants, we recommend inviting troops to join.
Fall Product Rewards Delayed

Our shipment has been delayed due to supplier shortages. Fulfillment is expected to resume after the new year, with most orders completed by mid- to late-January. Thank you for your patience.
