Shop Closings

All shops and service centers will be closed for the holidays from December 22 – January 2. Normal hours will resume on Monday, January 5, but you can see us at the Connelly Springs Pop Up Shop event on Sunday, January 4.

Bandit’s Tips For Cookie Program Fun

The Girl Scout Cookie Program has officially started, and we’re excited for you to learn entrepreneurial skills, have fun raising funds for your next adventure and earn financial literacy badges. Cookies arrive January 7-10 and you can join us for kick-off celebrations in Greensboro, Jamestown, Summerfield and Winston-Salem this January!

Girls can use their paper order cards to visit friends, family and local neighborhoods, with adult supervision and approval, and take pre-orders for cookies. Girls should not collect money for any order prior to delivery (unless they order online through Smart Cookies).

Bandit’s Tip:
Use creativity to your advantage! Start making decorations for Walk-About Week, plan your route or even make plans to host an open house. Submit a photo of you during Walk-About Week for a chance to win an ice cream party for your troop!

ACH Authorization Form

In order to update and improve our troop banking account records and policies, we are implementing an annual submission review process. Each troop is now required to submit an updated ACH Authorization Form every year. Troop banking specialists should complete and submit your troop’s annual ACH Authorization Form for the 2025-26 membership year as soon as possible. If you have any questions or need assistance, feel free to contact us at 800-672-2148 or info@girlscoutsp2p.org.

All forms should include:

Current signatures of authorized signers
Account numbers and related banking details

If there have been no changes to your troop’s banking information, please check the designated box on the updated form for product program participation to indicate that your information remains the same and add the signatures and account numbers.

Girl Scouts Unite Savings End Soon

New GSCP2P Wants to Know Survey

It has been an honor to serve Girl Scouts and their families across our 40-county footprint this past fall. Your feedback is a valuable resource to help us ensure we are delivering the best experience to our members. All adult Girl Scouts and caregivers of youth members are encouraged to complete our short GSCP2P Wants to Know Survey as we prepare for more fun ahead.

Mobile Shop Savings

We are excited to hit the road and deliver Girl Scout shopping experiences to you! Enjoy 10% off orders of $25 or more when you schedule your next Mobile Shop or Uniform Shop event to take place by March 31.

The mobile shop can be requested only for events with a minimum of 50 attendees. If your event has fewer participants, we recommend inviting troops to join.

Fall Product Rewards Delayed

We want to share a quick update on Fall Program reward shipments. Four reward items are currently backordered due to supplier shortages, so shipments will be delayed until all items are back in stock. Fulfillment is expected to resume after the new year, with most orders completed by the beginning of February. Thank you for your patience—we’ll share updates as soon as we have more information.

Adult Volunteer Resources & Trainings

The Girl Scout Cookie Program provides so many opportunities for learning and service. Encourage your Girl Scouts to support our council-wide service project, Cookies for a Cause. Cookies sold through this program will be donated to local first responders, our U.S. military and our local food banks.

To help your girls share the message, you can print the Cookies for a Cause Order Card Attachment and staple it directly to each girl’s order card. For an easy meeting activity, you can print our blank thank you cards for girls to color and write letters of encouragement to a soldier.
