Closed Today

Our shops and service centers are closed today in observance of Martin Luther King Jr. Day. We will resume our normal operating hours on Tuesday, January 20. You can always shop 24/7 on the official Girl Scout Shop website.
Summer Camp Coupon Ends Today and Registration Opens Tomorrow

We extended our Cyber Monday T-shirt offer through today! Anyone that purchases a T-shirt by January 19, 2026 will receive a $25 coupon off your summer camp registration. Coupon will be e-mailed to you by January 20 when summer camp registrations open.
Our 2026 Summer Camp Program Guide is now available, so check out all the fun we have planned. You will also find a readiness quiz for campers and adults, important information on various savings and assistance as well as a scavenger hunt that could win you a Camp Care Package!
Just want the T-shirt? Great! You can still purchase the shirt and support our GSCP2P camps! Want to help us create camp magic this summer? Learn more about our summer camp staff positions and apply today!
CEO Receptions
The WNC Trefoil Guild is hosting a CEO reception at the Ashville Service Center, and you are cordially invited! Stop by between 4-6 p.m. this Thursday, January 22 to meet our new CEO, enjoy light refreshments, sample our new Exploremores cookie and collect an “I Met The CEO” patch!

Bandit’s Tips For Cookie Program Fun
The Girl Scout Cookie Program has officially started, and we’re excited for you to learn entrepreneurial skills, have fun raising funds for your next adventure and earn financial literacy badges.
If you participated in Walk-About Week, remember to submit your photo entry by January 26 for a chance to win an ice cream party for your troop!

Bandit’s Tip:
Practice your responses for when someone declines to purchase cookies. Do not interpret their decision about your product as a personal rejection. In fact, the 5:1 rule in sales tells us that it is common to get five rejections before you receive one yes. The best approach is to remain polite, resilient and professional. Smile and say “Thank you anyway!” as you adjust your focus to the next potential customer.
Without being pushy, you can also offer an alternative to buying cookies- like making a donation to our Cookies For a Cause service project.
Lead the Change
Join us for our next Highest Awards virtual information session on Wednesday, January 28. We’ll dive into the latest updates on the Girl Scout Bronze, Silver and Gold Awards! Whether you’re just starting to explore or gearing up for your final steps, this session will equip you with everything you need to lead with confidence and create lasting change. You will receive updates on award guidelines, hear inspiring project ideas from past awardees and participate in a live Q&A to get all your questions answered.

Are you a Girl Scout Cadette? Join us for our virtual Program Aide workshop to get started on your leadership journey as you work toward your Highest Award.
New GSCP2P Wants to Know Survey

It has been an honor to serve Girl Scouts and their families across our 40-county footprint this past fall. Your feedback is a valuable resource to help us ensure we are delivering the best experience to our members. All adult Girl Scouts and caregivers of youth members are encouraged to complete our short GSCP2P Wants to Know Survey as we prepare for more fun ahead.
The mobile shop can be requested only for events with a minimum of 50 attendees. If your event has fewer participants, we recommend inviting troops to join.
Behind The Curtain With Charlotte Youth Ballet
Girl Scouts can take an inside look at the components that make a professional ballet performance magical: the costumes, the props, the lighting, the music and, of course, the dancers! Plus enjoy discounted performance tickets and a special event patch. The Charlotte Youth Ballet is offering exclusive Behind The Curtain experiences for Coppélia on Sunday, March 8.

More discoveries await! Use our Community Partner Directory to schedule unique experiences for your troop.
Patch of the Month: Self-defense

Earn the Self-defense patch while exploring different techniques for self-defense and learning about protecting yourself from harm. This program was created by a GSCP2P Gold Award Girl Scout!
Adult Volunteer Resources & Trainings
We are celebrating 100 years of World Thinking Day in 2026! World Thinking Day is a Girl Scout holiday that is celebrated every year on February 22. It’s a day to celebrate our international sisterhood and stand up for causes that can improve girls’ lives around the world.
This year’s special theme is Our Friendship. The World Thinking Day awards can be earned at any time during the year and World Thinking Day resources can help you easily prepare meeting activities to celebrate this tradition and earn the award.
The World Thinking Day award is an official award and therefore it may be worn on the front of the official uniform sash or vest and placed where other earned badges are worn.
