While Girl Scouts is a secular organization, GSCP2P has always encouraged girls to take spiritual journeys through different faith recognitions.
Girls can take initiative to grow their religious beliefs by earning the P.R.A.Y. religious awards offered by their faith communities and by earning the My Promise, My Faith pin (a GSUSA award), which helps girls strengthen the connection between the Girl Scout Law and her faith.
The P.R.A.Y. awards serve as a connection for Girl Scouting and churches to benefit young people. The result is stronger youth, stronger families, stronger congregations and stronger councils.
