This week’s #TroopTuesday shout out goes to Troop #13162 from Saluda, North Carolina. The girls participated in a self defense seminar in Hendersonville, North Carolina in September.
The girls learned basic moves, including how to free yourself from an attacker, pressure points on the body and the proper steps to take in that situation.

Special thanks to their troop leaders for organizing the event and for providing a fun and informative environment for girls to learn necessary safety techniques.
