Congratulations to Bella McCloy, Ella Thomae and Sophie Young from Girl ScoutTroop 2040 of Guilford County for earning their Girl Scout Silver Award! They worked with Kiser Middle School to build a Little Free Library. They organized and advertised a drive to collect books to stock the library. The girls sorted the books by age group and donated extra books to St. Francis Church, Family Services Support Network and Hesters Daycare. Then they built the Little Library and installed it outside the middle school. Their work means more people will have access to new books for years to come!
