Congratulations to Kaitlyn Farmery of Girl Scout Troop 2326 in Forsyth County for successfully completing her Girl Scout Silver Award! Kaitlyn organized and helped build two outdoor bulletin boards for a local park. She then stained the boards to make them weatherproof. To keep the information posted on the boards safe, she installed plexiglass doors. She was able to demonstrate her leadership skills by initiating calls and e-mails to her local city council to get their take on it, and when approved, she gathered all the correct materials to make it happen. Awesome job!
