A Note from the CEO Happy August Girl Scout Family! We can’t believe that we are in our last weeks of summer! We’ve had a successful camp season, offered great summer programming to our girls and made positive changes that will lead us into a brand new troop year this fall! As we look forward to August, September and beyond, we go with this theme in mind- “Resilient. Ready. Strong.” This theme was introduced during our Volunteer Leadership Conference this past Saturday, where we had a great turnout of volunteers and endless enthusiasm for the work we get to do together. This theme will also be a part of our back-to-troop recruitment events that will begin in the coming weeks. We hope you will join us in bringing this mindset to all girls in our communities- Girl Scouts are resilient. They are ready. And they are strong! Over the next several weeks, you will receive more information that will help you make this fall a great one including:Our Fall Program Guide, filled with hands-on and exciting program opportunities at our camp properties and with community partnersIntroductions to our newly aligned Engagement, Experience and Business Ops TeamsNew retail opportunities- including mobile shop opportunitiesAs always, if you have any questions, you can reach out to us at info@girlscoutsp2p.org or 800-672-2148.
