| Apply for the Teen Outdoor Leadership Program Applications for the Teen Outdoor Leadership Program (TOLP) are officially open! TOLP is an exciting new program that expands our existing Counselor-in-Training (CIT) program from a summer camp experience to a year-round leadership development program. In addition to the summer CIT program, TOLP will offer a Teen Outdoor Leadership Summit in the spring, a Teen Outdoor Leadership Conference in the fall and virtual monthly meetings to keep program members engaged and learning throughout the year!
