Girl Scout Block Parties are happening at all four service centers and shops on Saturday, March 14. The Asheville, Gastonia and Triad Block Party is 10 a.m.- 2 p.m. (shops also open 10 a.m.- 2 p.m.) and the Hickory Block Party is 1-4 p.m. (shop open 10 a.m.- 4 p.m.)

Girl Scouts Carolinas Peaks to Piedmont (GSCP2P), is one of the 111 councils from across the nation that delivers the Girl Scout program, serves nearly 12,000 girls in central and western North Carolina. With the support and guidance of nearly 6,000 volunteers, girls in grades K-12 are given opportunities for fun and friendship, while fostering the development of leadership skills and self-esteem.
