Congratulations to Kaylan Cochran, Kendall Taylor, Heidi Ammann and Emma Maney from Girl Scout Troop 2345 of Swain County for earning their Girl Scout Bronze Award! They worked with Swain County Hospital to create activity bags for kids entering the emergency room at the hospital. After doing research, planning, creating and organizing each bag according to age, the girls took them to the hospital and presented them to the Emergency Department. These kits are much needed support for children going into the emergency room!
