Congratulations to Ella Cornwell, Riley Lavinder, Celia Roche, Xylia Finn, McKenna Forinash, Autumn Jager and Dakota Landes from Girl Scout Troop 2537 of Gaston County for earning their Girl Scout Silver Award! They worked with Ignited Minds to create sensory boards for their special needs summer daycare program. The girls continued to grow leadership and communication skills from previously earning their Girl Scout Bronze Award. After building and presenting one set of boards, they saw how much the children enjoyed them and extended the project to create mini-boards as well.
