Celebrate Juliette! This past Saturday, October 31, our founder, Juliette Gordon Low, would have turned 160 years old. In honor of her birthday, we hosted a birthday campaign to raise $1,600. We are 43 percent to our goal and today is the last day to give. No amount is too small! Participate in our Girl Photo Contest We’re hosting an exciting, new photo contest, and we want you to be part of it! For girls to enter the contest, they need to capture a photo wearing their Girl Scout sash or vest while also showcasing their other favorite activities or hobbies. You can highlight more than one activity if you want! Post your photo on social media (with parent/guardian’s permission) and use #girlscoutshavenolimits to be entered into the contest. Check our blog for more information! ![]() Systems Down for Volunteers We’re refreshing our registration portal and My GS, the Volunteer Toolkit and gsLearn will be offline from November 18-December 7. Volunteers may want to: Save a copy of your troop roster, including all contact information. Save any lesson plans for badges you will work on during that time. Make sure you and all girls in your troop are registered. (Remember the first girl upload to Smart Cookies will be on December 10.) Review your contact information in My GS and check your e-mail address. This is where you will receive your invitation to our refreshed member account portal after our system comes back online. Questions about the downtime can be directed to info@girlscoutsp2p.org. |
