The Outdoor Experience Team is very excited to announce the launch of our new Teen Outdoor Leadership Program (TOLP) for 2023!
TOLP will expand our existing Counselor-in-Training (CIT) program from a summer camp experience to a year-round leadership development program. In addition to the summer CIT program, TOLP will offer a Teen Outdoor Leadership Summit in the spring, a Teen Outdoor Leadership Conference in the fall and monthly meetings to keep program members engaged and learning throughout the year!

The deadline for applying is Friday, March 17. You can access the TOLP and CIT 1 application here and the TOLP and CIT 2 application here. Applications will be reviewed in January and February and applicants will be contacted about their status in early March. We can’t wait for those applications to start rolling in!
