Are you ready to experience the rewards of the Girl Scout Cookie Program?

In addition to learning entrepreneurship skills and funding Girl Scout adventures, you can also enjoy these unique experiences when you sell Girl Scout Cookies! While this blog highlights experiential rewards, details on the 2023 Girl Scout Cookie Program and all rewards can be found in the Cookie Connection Newsletter.

Unless otherwise noted, experiences can be earned for Girl Scouts of all ages and include two general admission tickets- one for the qualifying Girl Scout and one for their adult chaperone. Information on admission/tickets will be shared at the end of the cookie program.

Practice your climbing skills at this indoor climbing gym! Reward includes indoor climbing (youth pass), shoe and harness rental and climbing (session pass), shoe and harness rental for her chaperoning adult at the downtown Asheville or River location. Take a ride on NC’s first Alpine Coaster, a gravity-fed coaster over 3,000 feet in length with three circular loops and a series of waves and twists. This reward also includes the Wilderness Run Adventure Course, a multi-level elevated course featuring a series of activities designed to safely test your balance. Although all Girl Scouts can ride the Alpine Coaster, only Girl Scouts at least 48″ tall and 50 lbs. can participate in the Adventure Course.

Mountain Alliance
With Mountain Alliance guiding, girls will go on a caving expedition to Worley’s Cave (near Bluff City, TN). Girls will meet at Mountain Alliance in Boone, NC the morning of June 24, 2023 and return to the same location early evening. This experience is for Girl Scouts in grades 6-12 and is a girl reward only.

Attend a weekend experience in Gatlinburg, TN, July 14-16, 2023* or attend a Mini-Camp at one of our summer camp locations. Juniors-Ambassadors will have the experience choice; however, due to Safety Activity Checkpoints and travel restrictions, Daisies and Brownies can only choose a Mini-Camp session.

Girls electing the Mini-Camp session should reach out to info@girlscoutsp2p.org for registration information. If you have already registered and paid for a Mini-Camp session before the end of the cookie program, please reach out to our Customer Care Team to let them know you would like to apply your cookie reward toward your Mini-Camp session.

*This is a girl experience only. Council staff or adult volunteers will chaperone the trip. Although final details of the experience will be shared sometime in 2023, the tentative weekend activities for the Gatlinburg experience are Dolly Parton’s Stampede dinner show, Ripley’s Aquarium, Anakeesta and the Gatlinburg Space Needle. Tentative plans are to depart Friday morning and return late Sunday afternoon.

Stellar Sellers and one adult chaperone will also be invited to attend a special dinner with our CEO, Jennifer Wilcox. Dinner dates and locations will be announced at the end of the cookie program.
